I'm ready to start a fundraiser using your products! What do I do?

1. Register!

Registration is FREE! Register by calling or emailing us no more than 2 weeks before you begin your fundraiser. Register by sending an e-mail to igoteachonline@yahoo.com with the following information. This will ensure you get your special fundraising discount.

  • School or Group Name
  • Address
  • Contact Name
  • Telephone Number

We will contact you with more details.

2. Download your Mascot Fundraiser Form on the right menu on this page. Download Adobe Acrobat Reader to view file.

3. Print and Send Order Forms with your students /  members to collect orders and pre-payment from their community. 

4. Enter all the returned orders into a tally sheet and call us with your total order for each product.

5. Order with a school purchase order, or pre-pay with check for the items you need only, and keep your profit!

6. You will receive your items so you can distribute them to your students and members according to how many pre-paid orders you recieved.

Or

1. Call us to order as many of your mascot puppet that you have set your goal to sell.

2. Pay with check or school purchase order.

3. Receive your items and sell them at your booth at your own pace and time during games and events, once those are gone, you can re-order some more. We will not accept unsold products for return or exchanges.

Tips for your fundraising success

1. Keep it Fast - We recommend you run your fundraiser over 2 weeks - this will ensure fast delivery to your customers. 

2. Keep it Simple - Offer your customers one to five products to choose from. This will help the fundraiser organizer keep track of orders much easier.

2. Print a picture of the product you are selling and place it around the community. This will encourage visitors to call you and pre-order.

3. After you recieve an item, have it on display to encourage visitors to purchase. You may want to extend your fundraiser for another 2 weeks. Remember, you recieve Free Shipping for Mascot Puppet Orders of $100.00 or more!

Monday, November 9, 2007 due to the end of football season and the beginning of the Christmas season.

To ensure you receive all your items and avoid any out of stocks, please get your orders in as early as possible.\
