What is a special
order?
- This
service allows you to plan accordingly and decide which puppets you
will be needing in the future. (Saves you on shipping fees)

How do I place a special
order?
- Customers call and place a special order after
they view the catalog.
These special orders take anywhere from 10-14
days.
How do I place an online
order?
- For
those customers that wish to recieve their item within the
next
4-7 days, they can place an order through our online store. These items
are in stock and ready to ship. With the amount of exhibits
and
shows we attend, our inventory is very volatile that some items don't
even make it to the online store.

- Puppet Orders totaling $ 0.99 - $29.99 add $5.95
- Puppet Orders totaling $30.00 - $49.99 add

How fast will I receive my
order?
- Small Special Orders
take 10-14 business days from receipt of phone, mail, or fax order and
pre-payment, or approved purchase order
- Large Special Orders
take 10-30 business days from receipt of phone, mail, or fax order and
pre-payment, or approved purchase order.
- Online
Orders take 4-7 business days from receipt of order and
pre-payment.
Do you ship International orders?
- Yes. We ship internationally.
- Please contact us before you purchase an item
so you can receive an appropriate shipping quote.
Will you ship item as a gift?
- We will ship a gift on behalf of you so you can
save on shipping charges.
- Please notify us that it is a gift so we don't
include an invoice or packing slip.

pre-payment do you accept?
- Paypal Payments - for all Major Credit Cards
(U.S. and Non-U.S.) - The
preferred, fast, easy, and secure way to pay online. Sign-Up for
Paypal, if you don't have a paypal account yet. (optional)
- Cashier's Checks (U.S. Only)
- Personal Checks - Allow up to 10 days for check
to clear (U.S. Only)
- Money Orders (U.S. Only)
What are Payment Terms on Purchase Orders?

& Exchanges |
Can I return or
exchange and item?
- Yes.
However, returned puppets must be with original tags.
Used, torn,
stained, or mistreated puppet will not be accepted.
All
puppets are fully inspected before they are shipped to our customers.
- All returns are subject to a 20% restocking
fee, the rest of the balance will be issued as a gift certificate or
store credit. Shipping charges will not be reimbursed.
- We will gladly exchange items with original
tags and packaging for a similar priced item.
How do I start the process?
- You
must contact us within 3 days after you received your order to
notify you will be returning an item. If you don't
contact
us first, we may refuse to accept your package.
- Item should be returned within 3 days after
contacting and notifying us that you will be returning an item.
Who is responsible for shipping charges?
- Buyer is responsible for all return shipping
charges.
- Buys is responsible for all exchange shipping
charges, reshipping charges, and any new balance incurred as a result
of the exchange.
What if my package was "undeliverable" and was returned due to
incorrect address?
- We
will notify you, and we will charge for additional shipping if you wish
to have it reshipped. Only store credit will be issued, no refunds.
